the food was absolutely terrible, feeling more like processed slop than anything edible. shame I wasn’t given a complimentary upgrade for all the stress caused at check-in, but I guess that was too much to ask for. overall, should've been a lovely stay, but I just couldn’t overlook the glaring issues and unpleasantness.

we had a great time at playacapricho! the pool area is amazin, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. our room was spotless every day, and the cleaner even made the kids toys look fun on the bed! plus, the food was pretty good, and i always found something to eat.

The inside bar area seriously needs better lighting. it can feel quite dark and uninviting during evening gatherings. Parking is another issue here, with only a handful of spots available for countless guests, leading to frustrating hunts for parking after a long journey. The pool area can be overcrowded, making it challenging to find a sunbed, especially during peak times.

Had a great time with friends! The pool area was perfect for relaxation, and we enjoyed beach volleyball and crazy golf. The staff was friendly, and our rooms were regularly cleaned. Just a heads up, get to the pool early for sunbeds!
